Nature of experiment: learning by doing, participatory experiment, team-spirit building, joint achievement Intervention with creative learning methods into tourism students' course of Product Development in Wellness Services Nature of experiment: learning by doing and R&D, work life related, learning is small groups 2-stage experiment for participants of EJE Project 24h training and after incorporation of obtained knowledge into practice. Use of creative thinking methods (De Bono hats, storytelling, etc) Nature of experiment: learning by doing, creative thinking methods application, work life related 2 experiments combined use of hand-held devices and mentoring course for professionals from SSSC. Utilization of technology in workplace (1 stexperiment), and utilization of distance learning/ virtual learning (2 ndexp.) - Creanova project survey included 2 parts:

- Quantitative : internet based questionnaire (surveymonkey.com environment) to assess organizational settings, verify factors that affect C&I in the workplace and to describe, how creativity in the workplace leads to processes of innovation

- Qualitative : interviews with representatives of technical and creative fields to give meaning to the factors described in the 1 stpart
- Survey was conducted in 4 countries: ES, EE, UK, FIN

- Online questionnaire was sent to different organizations, representing technical, creative, educational etc fields
