Please note M&K does not manufacturer equipment or publish books, and as such we aretherefore subject to stocks, re-prints, price changes and potential third party delays. We aim todispatch books and equipment orders within 5 working days of receiving your order.

We do not provide inspection copies or books on approval.

CancellationShould you need to cancel your place we will accept a substitute at any time, you will need tolet us have their details before the course. If you are unable to offer a substitute all cancellationsmust be received at least 28 days prior to the start of the course, you will be issued with acancellation number for your retention. If you cancel within 28 days of the course start you willbe liable for the FULL course fee or if you fail to attend you will be liable to 100% of the coursefee. Cancellations received more than 28 days before course start date will be liable to a £15administration fee.

Travel and accommodationYou are advised NOT to book travel tickets or accommodation until you have received writtenconfirmation of course venue, which will normally be 21 days before the scheduled dates. M&Kwill not reimburse these costs. You are advised to take out travel insurance.

Changes by M&K Update LtdM&K reserve the right to cancel a course, change the venue, amend the dates and/or fees andcourse tutors at any time and without prior notice. Candidates will receive a full refund in suchan event.
