New faces and new energy are always welcome. Second semester has some new activities, and some on-going ones as well. Sour Dough Bread Baking Workshop

Come along to learn to bake your own sour dough bread. Take home your own

culture to make your own bread at home. All ingredients supplied. Bring along a

container about 2 cup size to take home your culture.

Tai Chi

Promoting harmony in mind & body, suppleness, improved mobility and mental
