Welcome to TresillianTresillian is a vibrant community arts centre that provides recreational courses and activities for members. With four term programs each year, there is a wide variety of courses on offer including arts, languages, handicrafts and health and fitness. A quarterly school holiday program for children and youth provides them with an opportunity to learn new skills in a fun and creative atmosphere.
Visit Tresillian today to view our featured artist exhibitions – there’s a new exhibition each month showcasing artworks from both our studio artists and invited artists. In March, our cover artist Caroline Marinovich will be holding her retrospective exhibition The Passage of Time, celebrating a lifetime of creative diversity.

Observing the Human Form – Nightwith Ian de Souza
Extend yourself using charcoal, pastel or paint as you learn to observe and interpret the model. The artist will teach you different ways of thinking to express yourself creatively.

Encaustic painting (also known as hot wax painting) goes back to Ancient Greece and Egypt and is a sponta-neous medium where wax is applied to wood panels. Use paint, inks, glues and paper to create a layered effect with hot wax.

Annual membership is required at Tresillian Arts Centre for all term courses. Anyone wishing to attend a course, except for the school holiday program, After School Arts or weekend workshops, must be a member of the centre.Enrolments for Term One 2019 will open on 10 December and enrolment for the January school holiday classes will open on 3 December 2018.

Payment may be made as follows:
• Due to popularity of courses, places cannot be held without payment.
• An enrolled student cannot have another individual attend a class in their absence.
• Students may only attend the day and time of the class they are enrolled in.
• Swapping of classes is not permitted.• Participants in the term courses, full day and
weekend workshops must be over 18 years of age.
• No children are to accompany an adult to classes.
• Courses without the minimum number of participants by one week before the start date of the course will be cancelled.
• Most courses require additional materials to be purchased by the student.
• A 20% administration fee applies to cancellations made prior to the beginning of term.
• No refund will be given once term has commenced.
• Classes are not held on public holidays.• Course start and fi nishing dates may vary due
