Coating Removal and Cleaning Systems

Proservs high- and ultra-high-pressure water jetting coating removal tools remove external concrete

weightcoat and protective coatings quickly and efficiently, replacing existing labour intensive

operations. All of our systems are operated remotely, and can be applied topside as well as subsea,leaving surfaces with an SA2 finish, allowing an effective inspection of the substrate. Proservs tooling

solutions cover pipe sizes ranging from 8" to 80" and can be deployed by diver or ROV.

Cold Cutting Systems

Our range of cold cutting solutions has been developed to cut every type of subsea and marine

infrastructure. Our cold cutting technologies, including water abrasive, hydraulic saws, disk and

diamond wire are also available as portable onshore tools, ideal for use in hazardous environments.

Seabed Dredging

Proserv manufacture and supply a complementary range of hydraulically driven jet pump systems

designed for the clearance of debris and sediment from a variety of submerged structures, ranging

from harbours to subsea oil and gas infrastructure.

Friction Stud Welding

Friction stud welding is a solid phase (no melting of materials) process where the stud is rotated at

high speed and forced against the parent material producing heat from friction and forge, welding the

stud to the metal surface. Proserv has pioneered the development of portable friction stud welding

systems, allowing this time-proven welding technique to be used in the field and subsea, including

hazardous environments.

High- and Ultra-High-Pressure Pumps

Proserv offers performance leading high- and ultra-high-pressure water jetting units and

accessories, customised to suit any industrial situation. These are all designed for hazardous zoned

and unzoned areas and operate in the most demanding environments. In particular, these are used

for marine growth removal and protective coating removal on steel structures, chains, conductors

and pipelines for inspections, maintenance and testing purposes.

Manufacturing and Engineering

Proserv designs and manufactures specialist subsea tooling for projects where there is no off-the-

shelf solution. Latest innovations have included the Marine Growth Removal Tool MGRT which is

used to quickly and safely remove marine growth and other surface debris from the surface of a

mono pile. Since its introduction, the MGRT has cleaned more than 100 piles.

Oil and Gas Sampling

Proserv is a global leader in the sale, rental and maintenance of pressure-related sampling

equipment to the onshore and offshore industries. From conceptual design through to

servicing and recertification, we provide the latest technologies to meet our customersoilfield sampling requirements.

High-Pressure Mobile Pumps

Proserv offers a wide range of high-pressure mobile hydrostatic pumps with pressure testing,

chemical injection, valve actuator control, hydraulic cylinder actuation and hydraulic power with

pressure output capability of up to 60,000 psi.

Particle Counters

We provide particle counter systems to measure fluid cleanliness and optimise flushing time.

These systems are capable of certifying fluid cleanliness to any international standard or

classification, including ISO 4406:1999, NAS 1638 and SAE AS 4059.

Calibration ServicesOur UKAS-accredited laboratory offers calibration to ISO 17025:2005 for pressure and electrical

parameters. In addition, we offer calibration services for a wide range of instrumentation including

dimensional metrology and temperature, which is carried out to ISO 9001:2008. We recognise that

our markets are constantly changing so we are continually looking to improve and add to the services

we provide. Utilising our experienced and skilled personnel, we are able to perform onsite

recalibration of all pressure-related instrumentation at our clients premises or offshore as required.

Instrumentation Equipment Rental

We have an extensive range of instrumentation equipment suitable for any testing, measuring

and data logging requirement. Our range includes portable chart recorders, standard test gauges,

pressure relief valves, multi-channel electronic recorders, data loggers transducers and any ancillary

equipment as required.

Umbilical Lay Monitoring

At Proserv, we can provide equipment and skilled personnel to monitor and control pressure and

perform electrical test and monitoring during all stages of umbilical installation from load-out to

post-lay. The monitoring equipment is designed to operate wirelessly allowing the umbilical reel to

rotate unencumbered by trailing leads or hoses.

Service and Recertification

We can provide servicing programmes for cleaning, assembly, inspection, testing, recertification,

repair and calibration services. As a UKAS-approved inspection body, all our work is carried out to

internationally recognised standards so customers can be assured of the quality and integrity of our

services and capabilities.

The AZ-10 Subsea Tree

The AZ-10 is a fully-fledged subsea tree and integrated mudline wellhead system. Easily customised,

reasonably priced and on the job fast, these all make the AZ-10 Tree ideal for rapid field development.

A streamlined completion means greater cost savings, fewer tools, reduced human interfaces andfewer third-party services.

Intervention Workover Control Systems (IWOCS)

Proservs IWOCS and teams can be mobilised any where in the world at short notice. We have a fleet of

rental control systems available for working in water depths up to 820ft and our systems can be used

on dual bore trees, horizontal/spool-type trees, tree on mud line and inline subsea test trees. All our

IWOCs are supplied on a rental or sale basis.

Subsea and Marine Technologies

Proserv offers an innovative range of bespoke tooling solutions for marine and subsea operations.

All our tooling can be deployed by either diver or ROV and can be mobilised quickly and cost-

effectively anywhere in the world.

Subsea Fluid Sampling

Proserv is the industry leader in the design and build of subsea sampling systems. An industry first,

Proservs subsea sampling cylinder enables samples to be transported directly from the ocean

depths to the laboratory, for analysis, without transfer. The cylinder is designed with adaptability

in mind and is available as a drawn sample system or flow through, and either single or multiphase,

complete with phase indicator technology.

Equipment Hire

Proserv offers a comprehensive range of equipment to assist in your offshore campaigns with most

equipment designed and certified for Zone 1 or 2 uses. Our fleet of equipment is comprehensive

and serves the short-term hire of a single sheave through to a full report and maintenance hire of a

Workover Control System.

Manufacturing Services

Proservs manufactured products are created using the most advanced materials, coatings and

fixtures. We manufacture hydraulic power units, launch and recovery systems, reels and integrated

handling systems. We also offer subsea pod, umbilical terminations and manifold manufacture to

high standards of traceability, including hyperbaric testing and FAT, orbital welding and pipework.

Test, Assembly and SIT facilities

Our large test, assembly and SIT facilities permit the large-scale integration of equipment prior

to deployment offshore or subsea. Our facilities consist of a 32,000sq.ft test and assembly building

and 36,000sq.ft storage and overspill manufacturing building with an additional five acres of

external storage.

Wellhead Control Systems

Based on decades of experience, Proserv designs, builds, commissions and installs customised

wellhead control systems for single and multi-well applications to meet the highest standards of

safety, performance and reliability.

Intelligent Well Control Systems

Our intelligent well control systems are designed to collect and monitor downhole data and remotely

control reservoir zones to optimize reservoir efficiency. This helps to speed up production, increase

recovery and reduce the total cost of ownership.

Chemical Injection Systems

Proserv specialises in the design and manufacture of transportable and permanent chemical injection

systems and skid-mounted packages. These systems are customised to deliver a wide range of fluids,

pressures and flow rates to help reduce expensive intervention costs and optimise oil recovery.

Fluid Sampling Technology

Our sample cylinders and sampling systems are all leading-edge technologies with provencapabilities that have contributed to our reputation and success within this niche area.

Our Positive Displacement Sampler (PDS) allows for the capture of representative downhole

reservoir fluid samples. The sampler can also be utilised to take Single Phase Samples (SPS) and

maintain them at a pressure above reservoir conditions, for analysis back at the laboratory.

Production Flow Improvers

Also known as Drag Reducing Agents (DRAs), Proserv specialises in the manufacture and

maintenance of bespoke handling and injection equipment to improve pipeline flow in onshore and

offshore pipeline applications.

Control Valves

Proserv manufacture directional control valves for working pressures at 5,000 psi and 10,000 psi

in both cartridge- and panel-mounted configurations. These high-pressure, low-flow, two-position,three-way and four-way valves can be configured with a choice of hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical

actuators and hydraulic, pneumatic or spring returns.

Production Valves

Proserv offers a comprehensive range of production valves that meet precise specifications for

the most demanding applications including gate valves, hydraulic valves, check valves, regulators,

shuttle valves, dump valves, solenoid actuated valves and sub-plate mounted (SPM) valves.
