We carry a wide variety of top and bottom loading arms

From Water & Food Products To Your Most Aggressive Chemicals & Acid Handling, We Offer Arms That Allow You To Easily Handle It!

Core offers the widest variety of loading arm configurations and specifications to meet and exceed the most demandingapplications for loading and unloading rail cars and tank trucks, whether via top loading or bottom loading.

Bottom Loading Arms

Counterweighted Hose Loader

This popular hose loader features a flange-by-flange base swivel

joint for reliable performance and ease of maintenance.

Spring Balanced Hose Loader

Spring balanced hose loaders are available in both short-range

and long-range versions. The short-range model has the torsion

spring mounted back at the riser; while on the long-range units

the spring is located a short distance out on the arm.

Top Loading Arms

The slide sleeve type of arm incorporates a slide sleeve assemblythat telescopes in and out to adjust for variations in the distancefrom the loading rack to the hauling vehicle. It is primarily used insmall bulk plants and terminals for top loading gasoline, fuel oil,or other petroleum products. This durable, dependable, and costeffective loading arm is time tested as a practical method oflocating the drop tube accurately and easily. The slide sleeve isa medium duty unit designed for flow rates up to 15 ft/sec(4.5m/sec). Higher flow rates may tend to push the inner tubeout beyond the loading point.

• Good for applications where the vehicle type varies• Telescoping primary arm• Deadman-type loading valve

Just Follow These Simple Guidelines

1. Each platform must be supported at each end by either an End Unit (MAEU) or Stair Unit (MASU).

2. Splices at platform ends must be supported by an end unit (MAEU).

3. T-adapters (T-ADPT) are required to connect a platform unit to the side of a platform in “T” or “L”

configurations (allows handrail connections).

4. If you desire railing on only one side of a stair unit (MASU), you must use a stair adapter (S-ADPT) as a

spacer to connect stair unit to the platform. (Consult your local codes for railing and safety guidelines.)

5. Do not overload.

6. System shall be attached to the supporting surface.
