Many types of zirconia are sold in discs. High-quality zirconia discsare manufactured with multiple steps that ensure consistent particledensity in every disc.4. When the discs are milled for final prosthesis, a sub-optimallaboratory partner could also cut corners to reduce costs (such asusing low-quality sintering furnaces) and result in compromisedoutcomes for your patients.5.
