Company History• The Group made its humble beginning in the year 1993, when the

Founder and MD of the group decided to enter into real estatedevelopment business. Initially the group undertook projects in NCR,UP and Punjab. The group diversified into industrial construction inthe year 1997 and the contracts division Akanksha Contracts Pvt Ltdwas formed in 2001.

• Since its inception Akanksha Contracts has successfully completed and handed over more than 70 major projects in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Warehouse and Residential segment, in different parts of the Country (NCR, Karnataka, Orrisa, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, UP, Punjab, Chandigarh & MP).
