Broad experience with content solutions for Broadcast, Print, Online, Mobile, and Social platforms.
Lead content and social strategy for interactive platform connecting 1.3M associates in 4,000 Walmart Stores. Direct cadence and editorial flow in alignment with key stakeholders in Public Affairs, Marketing, Merchandising, People and other functions. Direct monthly email newsletter profiling major initiatives to more than 100,000 opt-in subscribers. Implemented and executed social strategy that drove more than 300% increase in views and social engagement between August '13 and August '14. Drove 40% increase in professional development content engagement through creative campaign spotlighting personal stories of Walmart associates. Coordinate beta-testing of new services with Walmart associates in stores across the US, working with product teams to incorporate feedback and improve the customer experience.
Neha Gandhi is the Senior Vice President of Content Strategy & Innovation at Refinery29. In that role, she is responsible for growth, distribution, platform strategy, and evolving content strategy at R29.
She has previously held posts at Seventeen, Harper’s Bazaar, LHJ.com and More.com. In her life as a magazine editor, you could find her doing anything from shooting home décor stories to writing cover stories and producing b-roll on movie sets. Her work has appeared in Foam, In Style,Women’s Health, and ReadyMade, but her favorite byline of all time remains an interview with Donald Trump, from her first internship at People.
