Salim is the founder of Close System and he is responsible for the overall formulation of business strategy, growth

plans and overall financial strength of the company. He has worked for International companies in the UAE

and holds a BaE (Architecture) and MBA from the University of Atlanta. His technical know-how and progressive

perspective to business have been the driving force of Close System to achieve the company goal and vision.

Mahmoud has more than 11 years of experience in profession of Designing, Re-designing and renovation. He

has an MBA in Projects Management (Design Management) and his capabilities at both managing engineers

and clients whilst serving as an intermediary between the design and construction teams assists in the

successful delivery of Close System projects.

Suhayb is the MEP Manager with Close System. Suhayb has been instrumental in developing the project

delivery management standards. Graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Suhayb has over 11 years

total experience as Electrical Engineer.

He is responsible for the MEP Division at Close System; he now leads and communicates with design team,

supervision team, subcontractors and vendors to assist them in working to the project schedule as it pertains

to MEP’s.

The project Commercial and Residential Building located at Rawdhat Sector E48, C72 C71 is consisting of three (3) basements, ground floor and seven (7) typical floors, and a roof floor with a total built area of about 28,585.2 m2. The ground floor compromises of different sizes commercial shops which are expected to provide the building residents and the community with diverse services.

The upper floor can accommodate a total of 87 units of 2 bedrooms, apartments and fourteen units of 1 bedroom apartments. A total number of 183 underground car parking will be obtained in the basement.

With its unique style, the proposed building is intentionally designed to create a remarkable single block that is visible to from the main road. The soft and earthy colors were adopted to decrease sun heat gain.

The new building of the Embassy of Sudan in the City of Abu Dhabi, where the new building contains offices for diplomats and staff, along with a permanent headquarters for the ambassador's residence. The project with a low rise type consists of four buildings. Building one is the embassy main building, building two is the ambassador residential villa, building three is the service stock block-1 and the building four is the service stock block-2.

With the support being showed by the Sudanese Community in the UAE, the Sudan Ambassador himself, and Ambassador Mohammed Amin Al Karib noted that great effort has been made in this work.

And the total built‐ up area of the building will be 32337 m2.

A major aim of the design is to integrate the building with its surrounding community. Contemporary and present day architectural design will make the building an important community member. On the September of 2016, the project is deemed in compliance with the Pearl Rating System requirements for a Design Rating by the Abu Dhabi Dhabi Urban Planning Council.

The project has total built area: 16643 m² and total open area: 9180 m².

The project New Commercial Port owned by Abu Dhabi Ports for the Delma island is located on the South East part of Delma Island and is under the jurisdiction of the Western Region Municipality of Abu Dhabi Emirate. Initial master plan layout was prepared by Abu Dhabi Ports, including proposed marine structures and, landside support facilities with total plot area of 254,173.35 sq.m. Delma Port landside support facilities consist of five buildings. The four buildings are located along the pontoon area and the fifth building is located on the breakwater reclaimed area.

The four buildings facing the pontoons are; Administration Building with GFA 419.09 m², the Fish Market Building with GFA 804.10 m², the Fish Restaurant Building with GFA 369.80 m² and the Public Building with GFA 166.41 m². The Building located at the reclaimed breakwater area is the Ferry Terminal with GFA 787.44 m².
