Every SLXi trailer refrigeration unit is Connected as standard from the factory (powered by TracKingTM), making it

easier for fleets to monitor, control and analyze their refrigerated fleet operations.

Efficiency

With their units Connected from the factory, fleets can save time and money on installation and choose to enable

TracKing remotely, gain access to data, and focus on their business without having to take their assets off the road.

Support

Once active, the Connected SLXi unit gains extra support from both Thermo King Dealer Network and Thermo King

centralized TracKing call center. Aiming at minimizing downtime, our support teams provide proactive and efficient

service across EMEA region.

Compliance

Using multiple connectivity options to interface with their mobile assets, fleets can access data for temperature

traceability and several regulations compliance while gaining insights into the performance of their refrigeration units.

Our Connected Solutions can integrate temperature, unit alarms, trailer locations, unit settings and much more

into transport management systems, giving fleets the ability to monitor critical cargo through the dispatch process

from pickup through delivery. Thermo King has partnered with multiple fleet management and asset maintenance

software companies, as well as various customer IT departments, to enable seamless data integration. Depending

on the system, TracKing enables the generation of temperature, fuel, door opening and reefer alarm notifications

within the fleet management system. It also integrates unit engine hours and alarms into asset maintenance

systems, creating maintenance schedules and populating service tickets.
