With over 11 years experience within the catering industry across Australia, our team is well equipped to exceed your expectations. Our team utilises their skills for an array of events, and create memorable menus that satisfy the palettes of many. Our fine dining venue compliments the beauty of the natural surrounds of the iconic Blue Mountains.
These catering services are available and can be provided to all weddings held within the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens.
The Potager
Ceremony Locations
The Formal Garden
Fashioned on a romantic 17th century-styled European garden, this area features a manicured lawn surrounded by hedges with adjacent trellises and arbours ideal for photographs. It has power available and is perfect for ceremonies or marquee receptions for up to 200 guests.
The Formal Garden is wheelchair-accessible and has easy access to the Visitor Centre, toilets and car parking.
Wedding Tree Terrace
Enjoy the inspiring and peaceful panoramic views over the Blue Mountains at our most popular wedding site under the shade and majesty of the gorgeous Nepalese Alder. Follow your ceremony with a picnic which accommodates for up to 120 guests.

The Beach
With a stunning waterfall for a beautiful background, the sandy shores
of the largest pond in the Garden serves as an outstanding wedding
location. The soothing sounds of flowing water are combined with the
backdrop of the Blue Mountains National Park. Ceremonies available for
up to 100 guests with the Brunet Meadow facilities close by.

The Potager Mount Tomah Restaurant
Our restaurant is the reception location to host your wedding. Imagine your guests having drinks and canapés on our deck enjoying the spectacularly sweeping views that the gardens have to offer. Seating capacity with 120 guests with standing being 200 guests.

The Garden offers a number of options for your reception, ranging from hands on smaller options in one of our function rooms to celebrations under a marquee on our Formal Lawn. Alternatively you may like to contact our restaurant, The Potager Mount Tomah to discover how they can assist with your celebration against the back drop of their spectacular panoramic view!
Reception Locations
Waratah Centre
With floor to ceiling windows and doors that open out on to a private
verandah overlooking the Garden, this function room is a blank canvas
waiting to be individually dressed to your taste. With Garden access and
an adjoining kitchen and bathroom, this centre is perfect as a wet weather
ceremony back up or reception venue for up to 90 guests.
Wollemi Room
Located within the Visitor centre, the Wollemi Room is perfect for smaller
functions or ceremonies for up to 40 guests. The room looks out to the
Garden and provides an intimate private venue with a small kitchenette
included to assist with your catering options.

Booking Arrangements
Time ExtensionsIf you wish to extend your wedding this can be arranged, however fees will apply:• Half hour time extension during reception is $395.00.
• Half an hour time extension in between your Ceremony & Canapés is $250.00
Parking• Mount Tomah has ample, free, off street parking for your guests.
Other• A deposit of one thousand dollars ($1000.00) is required at the time of booking to reserve your
wedding date.• The remaining balance is payable in a series of progressive payments with the final payment due
four weeks prior to your wedding date. You will be required to confirm your final guest numbers 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Any changes made after final appointment will attract a surcharge.
• Public holiday surcharges apply.• All prices quoted in this wedding package are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.• The prices quoted are the current prices for weddings held during the 2018 and 2019 calendar
