CONE HEALTH– FREE E-VISIT INSTRUCTIONS

Go to: https://www.conehealth.com/wellness/covid-19-information/

Scroll down to Step 1. First take the assessment offered to see if you have symptoms of COVID-19.

The assessment tool will tell you whether or not to proceed to Step 2.

Follow the prompts to login to your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can create

one.

Once logged into MyChart, click to “Start an e-Visit” on the right-hand menu. Be sure to select COVID-19 as

the reason for your e-Visit. This will waive the standard fee.

Accept the Terms of Use, and continue on with your visit. Your provider will advise either home care or further

evaluation. If you are advised for home care, see Step 3 for instructions.
