Civilization is the manifestation of beliefs
in every aspect of human life. Its the manifestation of Islamic faith
(tawhid) in every aspect of Muslim life. To determined the value of civilization we
should delve deep into its soul and explore its foundation.

The Ingredients of Civilization
The Prophet’s Sunnah is the second source, right after the Quran, of Islamic Shariah (Law)
The Quran establishes the bases and principles of legislation, whereas the Sunnah provides theoretical interpretation as well as example and practical application.
The Prophet (SAW) guidance as exemplified in the Sunnah guides Muslims to three basic inseparable aspects of civilization named as:
civilized Fiqh (Jurisprudence), civilized conduct, and civilized structure.

moderation which is the basis on which a just and distinguished Nation. Almighty Allah described it saying what means

any civilization void of spiritual and moral values and lacks the factors of internal and external balance is a weak civilization liable to degradation and corruption, and hence it cannot stand for long.
It is worth-mentioning that the Muslim civilization has several features, such as extensiveness, encompassment, multiplicity, variety, ideality and reality.
It is also a divine civilization as it has been based on the stable, consistent, universal Islamic values
And thus We have made you a middle nation.[Al-Baqarah] : 143]

Civilization → collection of many cultures within a large community.
Components of
Culture
The 'Five Pillars' of Islam
Faith or belief in the Oneness of ALLAH and the finality of the prophethood of Muhammad(P.B.U.H).
Establishment of the daily prayers. Concern for and almsgiving to the
needy(Zakaat). Self-purification through fasting. The pilgrimage to Mecca for those who are
able.
ISLAMIC CIVILIZATIONIn the 8th and 9th centuries, under the Abbasid caliphs, Muslim civilization entered its golden age.
• Islamic civilization creatively integrated Arabic, Byzantine, Persian, and Indian cultural traditions.
• During the Early Middle Ages, when learning was at a low point in western Europe, the Muslims preserved the philosophical and scientific heritage of the ancient world.
