2. Prepare and submit the El Camino College Compton Center Self-Evaluation Report and Candidacy Application by January 6, 2017.

3. Ensure the Compton Center Comprehensive Master Plan is completed by November 2016.

4. Implementation of the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) Plan for Integrated Planning and Institutional Effectiveness.

1. This week, the current draft of ECC Compton Center Self-Evaluation is being edited.

2. Need to develop and verify that the links are active.

3. Revisions are needed in the following sections: A. Standard III.C-Technology – Updated version since the

initial draft was posted. B. Standard III.D- Financial Resources – Revising the

document narrative to be consistent with the other standards writing style.

C. Standard IV: Leadership and Governance – Clarification is needed on the ECC Board of Trustees and additional information on the Partnership Agreement between ECC and the Compton District (Standard IV.C); and additional clarification of the role of the ECC and Compton District CEO (Standard IV.B).

2. Schedule conference call with Dr. Kindred Murillo, Superintendent/President of Lake Tahoe Community College and the External Evaluation Team Chair to discuss site-visit.

3. At the December 19, 2016 Board of Trustees meeting request acceptance of the ECC Compton Center Candidacy Application and Self-Evaluation Report.

4. Submit ECC Compton Center Candidacy Application and Self-Evaluation Report prior to January 6, 2017.

1. This week, complete the editing of the 2017 Compton Center/Future Compton College Comprehensive Master Plan.

2. The 2017 Compton Center/Future Compton College Comprehensive Master Plan was approved by the Compton Center Faculty Council and Academic Senate at their meeting on November 17, 2016.

3. Request approval of the El Camino College Academic Senate on the Educational Master Plan at their December 2016 meeting.

4. Finalize the ECC Compton Center/Future Compton College Technology Plan and prepare for Compton District Board Approval at the December 2016 meeting.

5. Finalize the ECC Compton Center/Future Compton College Staffing Plan and prepare for Compton District Board Approval at the February 2017 meeting.

1. The ECC Compton Center/Compton District has several Institutional Standing Committees, such as Consultative Council, Planning and Budget, Facilities, Health Benefits, and Professional Development. These committees include representation from all continent groups (i.e., faculty, staff, students, and administration).
