• Hit the record button and go through your script• Do not stop the recorder every time you make a mistake• Pause for a 3 count, then begin from the start• It is much easier to remove the mess ups and leave a good read

through than try to patch together your script• In the beginning it will take you several read throughs to get a clean

read through

• The audio needs to be good, but does not need to be perfectAvoid windy areasMake sure you limit background noise

• Have as much light as you can get. Again it does not need to be perfect

• You will get better and better with sound and lighting as you do more and more videos

• Upload the raw recording to YouTube.com• In your phones Gallery select the video you recorded (like you are

watching it)• When you are on the recording touching the screen will show you

option (top bottom or side)• Select the “Share” option
