BARGHASH PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION

Appreciated & Congratulated by ROYAL COMMISION for securing first place among Top 10 Quality club & Contractors Performance on 2nd, 3rd & 4th Quarter of 2013 from the total of 74 Construction contractors of ROYAL COMMISSION.

PP 12 project was given to Barghash by SEC with the challenging schedule and we achieved the milestone date. Based on the achievement SEC awarded PP 13 Gas Pipeline Power Plant Projects in Riyadh.

We successfully completed Saudi Aramco project for Shedgum Gas gathering manifold shutdown in a limited time frame.

We successfully completed Saudi Aramco project at Shybah GOSP 2 & 3 trunk lines size of 20” & 16” and rerouting / manifold replacement work in an emergency basis.

We successfully completed Saudi Aramco project at NayyumManifold # 4 with 17 Nozzles of size 20” to 8” within 3 days.

BARGHASH CENTRALIZED FABRICATION FACILITES

• MBTC has main Equipment maintenance, storage facilities , material handling and Fabrication yards at Abqaiq area, KSA with total area of 40,000 sq. meters.

• We have acquired 250,000 sq. meter plot area near the main high way towards Salasil in the city of Abqaiq. Also the building works has been done and we are yet to organize our facilities there to start our bigger maintenance unit and equipment Yard which serve as the main base for expansion in the near future.

• MBTC Fabrication yard facilities includes fabrication bays, Abrasive blasting shops, Painting area, Open fabrication yard, hydro test and covered storage area.

• Also we have our own CNC machine section, Beveling machine section, Automatic Welding machines, Semi Automatic Welding machines, Rebar cutting / bending machines, Welding Rectifiers, Pipe bending machine and Cutting machines for smaller & larger diameter pipes.

BARGHASH COATING PLANT

• We are the only the maintain potential contractor who own internal coating plant which give edge over other contractor to coat internal girth weld coating for pipe spools without loss of time.

Recently we won a Reconditioning work at East West Pipeline from Aramco for Area ‐ I, Area ‐ II & Area – III for the period of 5 years

Refurbishment, erection and testing,commissioning and overhauling works,supply, install, startup, testing & commissionof all types of valves in oil & gas, desalination& power plants and petrochemical industriesincluding electrical & pneumatic actuators.
