Future St Raphael’s Co-design Workshops 03 ‘Redevelopment’ - Event Summary In January 2020, the design team held co-design workshops focused on producing scenarios for redevelopment with residents. These were held: 01: Saturday 18th, 12.30-2 pm 02: Saturday 18th, 3-4.30pm 03: Tuesday 21st, 12.30-2pm 04: Tuesday 21st, 7-8.30pm 05: Thursday 23rd, 7.30-9pm 06: Monday 3rd Feb, 6.30-8 pm (youth team) The workshops explored scenarios for how redevelopment could provide new homes and amenities for existing residents, and new homes for people on Brent’s housing list. In total, 84 residents attended the workshops representing 80 households, including 16 new households. In total 20 scenarios were created by residents in collaboration with the architects. These will form the basis for developing the options which will be presented at a public exhibition in March, alongside the options for infill.
