Setting up a new Distribution Network in Europe

• CMC creates a new sales network for the client selecting the right

strategy of penetration in each country (distributor, direct sales, CSO,

etc…).

• CMC runs the coordination of the network for the first start up phase 1-3 years until the volume of affairs has reached a level which justifies direct

investments in EU (e.g. Subsidiary, Hired Area Managers, etc…).

Advantages:

• Thanks to the direct presence of CMC in the major countries in Europe

(offices in Germany, UK, Benelux, France, Spain, Italy, Poland) the Client

will have a local project manager in each country with a strong experience

in HC.

• The Client can retain CMC as an “ad interim” European Subsidiary. CMC Team will be formed by one European Area Manager coordinating all the

activities of the local country managers and keeping daily communication

and reporting to the Client’s Management.

• CMC will be a variable cost for the company and a big portion of our fees are success based.
