INTRODUCTION

Cheeky Monkey Brewery was established in May 2012. Since the emphatic opening of the brewery, it has become renowned as the perfect place to escape from the crowds of Perth.

Cheeky Monkey Brewery provides an open and rustic venue where our craft beers and ciders are brewed on site. The Brewery has been awarded AHA’s Best Boutique Brewery for 2012 and 2013 along with multiple awards for our outstanding beers.

THE SETTING

We are blessed with an idyllic location on Caves road, in the middle of the Wilyabrup Wine Region half way between Margaret River and Dunsborough.

Settled at the bottom of a valley on a 40 acre farm, the rolling hills to the east, vineyards to the north, and sweeping lawns along with beautiful gardens and an extended Jetty over the lake, these views provide stunning photo opportunities.

Our wedding coordinators sole responsibility is to ensure your day meets your vision and expectations. Any additional hire items can be arranged with the

Additional arrangements can be made for guests, such as use of outside bar, seating arrangements

and lawn games.

TERMS OF CONDITIONS

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS• Cheeky Monkey Brewery & Cidery do not host

functions of any type on Public or School Holidays.

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS• Tentative bookings will be held for a 14 day period

and will automatically be cancelled unless prior arrangements are made.

CONFIRMING A BOOKING• To confirm your function at the Brewery, we

require a signed copy of the booking form along with a deposit of $1000.00 within 14 days. This deposit will be deducted from your venue hire fee on final payment.

• We reserve the right to allocate the venue to another customer if the payment and signed booking form is not received within 14 days of the tentative booking.

• Function and Wedding Payments are required to be made by Electronic Bank Funds Transfer only.

• All prices are current at the time of quotation and are subject to change without notice.

• Due to seasonality there may be occasions where some ingredients are not available; in this instance an appropriate substitute will be made.

CONFIRMING NUMBER OF GUESTS AND PAYMENT• Final number of guests attending the function

is required 30 days prior to the function. This number becomes the minimum number of guests payable.

• A tax invoice with the food and beverage options, venue hire fee and ceremony fee* will be sent to you for full payment 21 days prior to the function. Payment of the tax invoice is required to be paid 14 days prior to the function date.

• A $300 per half hour Venue Fee is applicable after midnight.

• Excessive decorating and set up may incur a fee.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING• In the event that the booking function is cancelled

the $1000.00 deposit is non- refundable.• If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the

function date, the amount required to pay is 100% of the estimated value of the function.

• If the booking is cancelled within 60 to 30 days of the function date, the amount required to pay is 50% of the estimated value of the function.

CONFIRMING MENUS AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS• Final menu choices are required 30 days prior to

the function.• It is the responsibly of the organiser to advise of

any guests special dietary requirements 30 days prior to function.

• Certain produce is seasonal and therefore may not be available; in this instance an appropriate substance will be made.

• We reserve the right to substitute similar wines if your first choice is not available.

• No food or beverages maybe brought into the venue by the client for consumption on the premises without prior approval from the management of Cheeky Monkey Brewery.

• The Cheeky Monkey Brewery is licensed, therefore no BYO is permitted

• Request for a menu tasting prior to function is charged at a fee.

TAKING CARE• Cheeky Monkey Brewery takes great care when

looking after guests, where possible all lost property will be returned to the rightful owner. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if items during or after the function.

• Strictly no confetti, glitter, fake rose petals or rice are permitted.

• Should the management of Cheeky Monkey Brewery have cause to believe that a function will adversely affect the running of our business, its security or reputation, we reserve the right to cancel the function booking.

• You are responsible for all persons under the age of 18 attending your function. Cheeky Monkey Brewery will not be held liable for any damage or injury suffered to, by or in connection with children before, during or after the function at the venue. Children must be properly supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Organisers will be charged for all damages to the property, equipment or surroundings caused by your guests. Any extra heavy cleaning as a result of your function will incur a $40.00 cleaning fee per hour and an invoice will be sent 7 days after the function.

• Smoking is not permitted on the grounds of the Cheeky Monkey Brewery.
