Cloud Signing Book: what is it?

A web-based as-a-service solution for managing company authorization processes digitally anywhere and anytime.

It is the digital version of a traditional signature book, but with higher security standards, which can be integrated with Compliant Digital Storage and PEC (Certified Email).

The web interface is fully responsive and accessible from both common desktop browsers and iOS, Android and Windows Mobile mobile devices.

Cloud Signing Book enables remote interactions in real time, simplifying and speeding up the process of approving files and documents, in favor of better organizational efficiency.

Service compliant with Italian Prime Ministerial Decree 22 February 2013, Digital Administration Code (CAD) 7 March 2005 and compliant with eIDAS (EU) 910/2014.
