Cisco Referral Program 2-Year Enrollment
Partner Program Enrollment PPE tool
1. Partner Enrollment : Log in to PPE www.cisco.com/go/ppe
A Partner Cisco.com user name and password login is required to access all
Cisco Partner websites, tools, and applications.
Only Partner employees with CSApp Admin access Partner business and
commerce tools. (Contact your Program Manager for instructions if needed)
2. Open Hunting to Select Cisco Referral Program
Click the “+” button next to Hunting to expand those programs
Click “Select” button next to Cisco Referral Program

3. Select Country and Track

4. Enter Confirm Partner/Cisco Contact info Confirm/Enter your name,
title, and contact details
Cisco Channel Account
Manager default is “Other”
Enter your Cisco CAM
Email ID ONLY; i.e.
‘lehooper’ without
‘@cisco’ which is
already populated
NOTE: If the CAM email isn’t
accepted or you do not know
your CAM email ID select
‘Unknown’, leave CAM email
address blank and continue
enrollment submittal.
5. Accept CRP Terms and Conditions
Review the Terms and
Conditions. Download
as needed.
Click box to Accept
Click Continue
6. Submit Request CRP Enrollment
Click Submit Request for
CRP Enrollment.
You will receive notification
upon successful
enrollment submission.
7. Confirmation of CRP Enrollment
Submission
Confirmation
generates unique
Program Enrollment ID
8. Program Enrollment Status & Term Program enrollment will be 2-years or until end of program;
whichever is shorter
90 days upon program enrollment term end, partner will receive
reminder notices to renew in PPE

Cisco Commerce Workspace CCW
1. Log into Cisco Commerce Workspace CCW www.cisco.com/go/ccw
1.Click Deals & Quotes tab
2.Click Create Quote from drop down

2. Select Cisco Referral Program Deal
3. Enter specific product/solution in Deal Name

5. Click “Add Address” section to search for End Customer to select HDQR into Quote – also populates Account Manager
6. Enter Partner Contact information

4. Check box to create CRP Deal
Note: You will be identified as a CRP
Partner based on your CCW
credentials. If you are not enrolled in
CRP, this checkbox will not display

3. Enter BDM Email ID & Create Deal and Continue
7. Click Cisco CAM Dropdown to Select “Other” and enter your BDM’s email ID for CAM
8. Click Create Deal

4. Complete About the Deal information 10. Select Price List from drop down
11. Enter Expected Close Date and Expected Hardware/Software List Amount
12. Click Save and Continue
13. Skip Quote tab and click Save and Continue

5. Click CRP Questionnaire
14. Click CRP Questionnaire link to open pop-up window
15. Complete all 3 windows of CRP Questionnaire (be sure
to scroll down to view hidden fields)
NOTE: Enter “0” in all fields that do not apply i.e. Cisco Architecture fields, Services List Estimate.

7. Search CRP Deals by Deal ID
Enter Deal ID in Search All box and click
magnify icon to pull CRP Deal submittal
8. Generate & View CRP Deals Report On Deals & Quotes Home page
Click Generate Report
Click the drop down
arrow to open and select
View CRP Deals.
Click Generate Report
for email/download
9. Viewing your CRP Deal Status
• Partner can review/read-only ‘Who’s Involved’ and ‘About the Deal’ of submitted CRP Deal Request in Cisco Commerce.
• Partner can view summary of the CRP Deal Request in read only.
• A CRP Deal Request cannot be re-opened/edited after submitted for approval.

10. Add Workspaces for Partner Support
After partner support workspaces are added Partner access to Open a Case feature enabled.
Hover over ‘?’ icon to view CCW contact options and Open a Case
Select square grid icon Workspaces to add
