South Lot near our bus

Children’s Activities continue on Wednesdays after Supper. RA’s, GA’s and Mission Friends meet at 7:00 p.m. Sanctuary Choir, Youth Worship, Adult Prayer and Bible Study meet that same hour. Pre-K care is available. Children’s Choirs will return on Wednesday, August 14. Most of our area schools return to classes on August 5,6 or 7. Thanks for another great year and the success of our older chil-dren in our spring musical, “Who, What, When, Where, Why?” I hope that our parents and grandparents will review the answers with our singers. I would encourage you to challenge them to quote Galatians 5:22,23, our scripture theme for the choir year. Our theme song

named the Nine Fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Senior Adult Sunday is June 9. A free Luncheon will be provided following the morning service. The luncheon will include a special opportunity to meet or reintroduce several of our youth whom you may not know or recognize as they have grown. This visit will help them to know you and greet you as you fellowship here at church or in the community. They want to know who you are. Some of us have multiple-generation connections and some have none. You do not need to make a reservation to attend. Don’t rush off. Let’s get better acquainted with several of our quickly growing and going teenagers. They will just be back from camp. Keeping Young will picnic at Marie’s on Saturday, June 15. Our bus will depart at 10:00 a.m. See Marie Hickman or Paul Wuestney for details and to sign-up for our Peach Trip to Yo-der’s and Brown’s on Thursday, July 11 departing at 9:00 a.m. Our regular senior adult lunch-eon will meet here on July 18. Two of our college students are committed to unique summer missions projects to which they feel led. Sierra Eastridge will return to Rwanda in Africa for health care for children. Josi-ah Goodman will journey to Haiti. Please do encourage and pray for them.. Merge Kid’s Camp for Grades 3-6 is July 15-18. Participants already have their reserva-tions. Call Ms. Kathy or Bro. Isaac.
