Account Management Our relationship will be managed by the Account Management Team based in our Anaheim sales and service branch office. The team will ensure the overall success of your program and the timely implementation of our solution. At regular intervals during our relationship, Konica Minolta will coordinate Periodic Account Review (PAR) meetings. The meetings will act as a forum to discuss our partnership, the current deliverables, and the development of future strategies. We recommend these reviews take place on a quarterly basis, but can be scheduled as needed throughout the term of the contract. Fleet reports will also be presented for evaluation, based on the data collected by our service and billing systems and customized to the needs of the City of Garden Grove. The format of the reports, and the data to be included, will be discussed upon award to ensure that all relevant data can be captured and accurately defined. This structure will ensure that the City of Garden Grove can accurately evaluate our performance, as well the effectiveness of our products and solutions, throughout the fleet and document workflow process. Account Management

Account Management Team

The Konica Minolta team consists of Corporate Executives, Account Management, Operations Management, Software & Integration, Service and Maintenance and on-site Customer Service Team.

I. Corporate Executives :

Combined, these three individuals have more than 75 years of industry experience.

Area of Responsibility:

Executive Management oversight of all contractual obligations and performance metrics.

Steve Rhorer – Regional President

Mr. Rhorer has worked for Konica Minolta Business Solutions for 7 of his 25 years in the office products industry. Steve has continued to grow the business by providing state-of-the-art service to existing customers while developing new business strategies to help companies become more productive. Steve graduated from San Diego State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Finance. He currently resides in Orange County, California with his wife, two daughters, and son.

Lyon Peraji – Area Vice President Southern California

Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy, lead business transformation, drive innovation, and build/motivate teams of business and technology professionals to consistently deliver bottom-line results. Recognized for delivering double-digit sales increases year-after-year while ensuring ROI initiatives are met with-in various Vertical markets. Using a 360 ° approach of teaching sales teams to make the transformation of our ever changing business process.

Steve Currey - Regional Vice President Major Accounts

Leads the regions development of the Major Account sales organization and supervises the day-to-day management of all sales and customer facing strategies as pertaining to Major Accounts. Currey holds a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Fullerton and earned an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

II. Account Managers :

Area of Responsibility: Point of contact responsible for our relationship with the Education Industry.

Manage new business development and serves as a liaison to Konica Minolta Resources and addresses any issues.

Responsible for order placement by coordinating the receipt, process and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate configuration.

Heather Pereyra - Branch General Manager

For 16 years, Heather has served in Account Management positions including direct sales and Sales Management. With her extensive background and experience, she brings a unique knowledge of business and leadership development, combined with compassion and a thorough understanding of how to serve companies in Orange County specifically related to healthcare. She completed her undergraduate degree at the San Diego State University.

Jeff Hodge - Major Account Sales Manager

Responsible for the Government, Education and Major Medical accounts along with supporting National Accounts out of the Anaheim Branch territory. Prior to joining Konica Minolta, Jeff served 10 years in the United States Air Force and attended the University of Colorado graduating with dual degrees in Finance and I.S. Over the last 17 years with Konica Minolta, Jeff has received numerous awards including Western Region Employee of the Year in 2004.

Carol Pardue – Named Account Executive, Professional Services Specialist

Carol works with teams of specialists and is intent on providing a consultative, forward thinking approach. Focused on understanding the needs of her customer's customer and how to improve revenue stream, Carol’s specialty helps her anticipate emerging industry trends and how to best plan for what's to come. From Electronic Content Management to efficient, responsible ways to regulate a print environment, these partnerships allow Carol to serve customers holistically and with big picture integrity. Carol graduated from Columbus State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

III. Software & Integration:

These three are responsible for any software solutions our customers will utilize.

Their expertise includes solution configuration, imaging, workflow and other dynamics as it relates to automation with fleet and all output devices.

They are responsible for the analysis phase to help configure the technical recommendations and other solutions used to ensure all network requirements are met.

Joe Chester – Print Production System Analyst

Over 30 years of Office Equipment and Digital Office Solutions. 20 Years with Konica Minolta. 2 Years Managing a Kinko’s (Wave Street Reprographics in Irvine) 12 Years with large Southern California Canon dealership Multiple Awards for level of support in Branch + Regional and National Market Accolades.

Mike Ames – Systems Engineer

6 Years at Anaheim Konica Minolta as a Systems Engineer responsible for Pre and Post-Sales support. 3 years as a Sr. Network Imaging Integrator for the Konica Minolta branch in San Bernardino, CA.

Area of Responsibility:

Responsible for overseeing timely, cost-effective and quality delivery of service to Konica Minolta’s Customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and meeting contract obligations and performance metrics.

Reviews service metrics with Directors to ensure contractual compliance throughout the US.

Supervise the Service Support hotlines and solution centers for all servicing technicians.

Monitor any escalation of solution resolutions through Systems Engineers in our R&D labs.

Doug Harmon – Branch Production Service Manager

Douglas has been with Konica Minolta for 11+ years. In that time, he has advanced from technician to network integrator into management. His college degrees as well as his military experience have added to his success. Douglas is trained in the entire product line, office and Production as well as solutions. A+, N+, and C++ Certified. Linux and MAC trained.

James Pierce– Branch Service Manager

Jim has been with KMBS for 30+ years. Most of his career has been in Management with 18 years of experience as a Service Manager. He is a 5 time President’s Club winner and now manages one of the largest service teams at KMBS. A+, N+ Certified, Certificate of Electronics Lexmark -HP Certified

Bobby Apostolovic – Production Service Specialist

Bobby has been with Konica Minolta for over seven years. In that time, he has advanced his skills and been promoted from entry level tech to one of our top Print Production Professionals. He is fully trained in Production and office MFPs as well as various brands of printers. He is also network certified through our company training programs.
