The new Grout-N-Hopper™ delivery sys-tem allows you to grout with just two peo-ple. To place grout directly in block, just place the unit above the wall and hold the hose in place. The release of product is controlled by a valve operated by a pendant attached to the end of the hose. Since the guy doing the grouting controls the flow, you will have less waste. The standard size Grout-N-Hopper™ delivery system is 3/4 yard, but we can custom build any size you want. The forklift does all of the lifting, allowing the laborers to stay fresh and more productive.

With the patented Mix-N-Place™ mixer, you can grout with only two people. One person on the forklift and the other con-trols the pour. This person simply needs to put the hose in the block. He also controls the auger and the mixing paddles with a cordless remote. To stop the flow, turn off the auger or place in reverse. You can either mix your own grout or fill from a redi-mix truck. If the grout off the truck is too dry, you can add water and mix. Continue to mix grout so the aggregate does not separate. Now you only need one machine to mix and place your grout.

Use the Mix-N-Place™ mixer for mixing and placing your mortar. Take the mixer to the mortar tubs instead of taking the tubs to the mixing site. The large capacity mixer can fill several tubs with one batch and one trip. The mortar tub never leaves the scaffolding, which allows you to always have fresh mortar and not worry about placing a tub back on scaf-folding. If you use mortar pans, you can fill the pans directly from the Mix-N-Place™ mixer, no shoveling involved.

The patented Heat-R-Sand™ sand and water heater keeps sand from freezing and provides hot water all in one piece of equipment. The custom built to size tank can be placed on the ground or on your trailer. It is powered by a 220V outlet and has an adjustable thermostat. Fill it with water, plug it in and you are ready to have warm sand and hot water. The heat from the plat-form radiates up through the sand. Leave the Heat-R-Sand™ sand and water heater plugged in overnight and you will have warm sand and hot water as soon as you arrive on the jobsite the next morning. Your crew can be productive right away in the morning, saving a tremendous amount of labor time You no longer have to mess with propane torches. You use the electrici-ty already provided at the jobsite instead of trying to recoup your propane costs.

The Watt-R-Tank™ water tank is an insulated tank that provides hot water. The standard size is 540 gallons, but we can build any size you want. It is powered by 220V (optional 110V) outlet and has an adjustable thermostat from 90º to 150ºF. Fill it with water, plug it in and you are ready to have hot water. Leave it plugged in overnight and you will have hot water at your jobsite as soon as you get there. This means your masons can start working right away instead of lighting torches, saving you labor costs. You use the electricity already provided at the jobsite instead of trying to recoup your propane costs. The portable tank has adjustable legs to set at various heights. The Watt-R-Tank™ water tank serves as an ideal water source for all sea-sons and because of its quality construction, it will last for many seasons. Set it up at your mixing station and you will have water there all day long. Use the hose to place water directly into the Mix-N-Place™ mixer or any other mixer.

We have de-signed a table to which you attach your portable cut-off saw and convert it to a table saw. We call it the Han-D-Saw™ saw table. For less money than most table saws, you can have a portable cut-off saw and a table saw. With the Han-D-Saw™ saw table, you simply place your saw on the table, tighten a few bolts and you have a table saw. When you need a portable saw, loosen a few bolts and remove the saw. Since the Han-D-Saw™ saw table only weighs 100 pounds, it can easily be moved. You don’t need a forklift to move on the scaffolding. It is the perfect table saw for gables.
