Bid Clarifications
1. The initial RFP has been updated and a site visit is not required.2. One (1) demonstration/training session should be included in the quote/bid. Staff from all
schools will come to one location.
3. The District would like to choose one color for each school, from a palette of standardcolors.
4. Please see attached (exhibit A) floor plans for Centennial Carrodine gym.
5. Central multipurpose wrestling room - subdivided rooms - see attached (exhibit B) floorplans.
a. The multipurpose wrestling room should be able to be laid out in two parts with ½the area not covered should the school staff choose to leave it bare.
6. Storage Racksa. All storage racks included in the quote/bid should have manual pulls, not electric.b. Centennial - separate racks for each gym and include the multipurpose room on
the new gym rack (total of 2 racks)c. Central - separate racks for each gym and each multipurpose room (total of 4
racks)
