Purpose of this formThis form is to be completed for each additional Emissions-Intensive Trade-Exposed (EITE) activity at the site and lodged in conjunction with the 2018 Application for an exemption certificate (CER-RET-032) under the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 (the Regulations).

Appendix C: EITE activity details In this appendix, you will identify the emissions-intensive trade-exposed (EITE) activity(s) carried out at the site

relating to this application.

You must complete Appendix C for each additional EITE activity in relation to the site.
