Celoxis helped them establish a single 'system of record' that could track most if not all of Viscira's

project-related data, from schedules to budgets to resource utilization to invoice tracking etc.

Celoxis added permanence to their record keeping by centralizing all of our records. Important

documents are consolidated and easily searchable in Celoxis; files are not kept in people's personal

files or e-mails. The online system allows many of their offsite workers to access key documents that

may be kept “in house” at the headquarters level.

The customizable report feature streamlined our internal reporting process. They heavily rely on

many of these reports to make internal decisions about budgeting and meeting deadlines.

They started with the SaaS version and later wanted to opt for the On-premise version. The switch

was very simple and they now manage the system on their own.
