1.1 Automation Engineer Responsibilities

To assist the project Director in all electrical & related Control related activities and documentation management of assigned project to ensure that they comply with the related Code and Standards, and project specification requirements. 3.4 Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities

To carry out the detailed mechanical engineering for Industrial and Municipal Water & Waste water treatment plants.

The main responsibilities are – (a) review of project technical specifications, (b) preparation of drawings & documentation in line with project schedule, (c) provide guidance to CAD engineer & review the output drawings

3.5 Project Engineer Responsibilities

Project engineer / Senior project engineer will assist the PM with all of the Project execution activities including managing project deliverables and taking responsibility for the overall performance of the project

Assist the PM in reviewing the project proposal costing in terms of financial efficiency and ensures that all planning elements (e.g. system structure, work breakdown structure, etc) are addressed at handover

Assist the PM in gathering information on the customer and the customer’s requirements/targets. Initiates and evaluates Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for bought-in items and subcontracts. Prepares and obtains approval of Purchase Requisitions and ensures timely conversion to Purchase Orders

5.1 Process Engineer Responsibilities

To assist the Project Manager in providing support on a variety of engineering projects with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plant planning, design and construction.

Conduct technical evaluations to support planning and design related to water and wastewater systems including unit processes, processing and pumping systems.

Prepare process philosophy, PIDs, process calculations, and equipment layout.

Prepare design data sheet for major process equipment as pumps, valves, actuators, membranes, screens, mixers, diffusers, shaftless screw conveyors, compressed air systems etc.

Prepare and submit design calculation and data sheets to consultant for approval.

5.5 Project Planner Responsibilities To assist the Project Manager in the planning of project construction in compliance with safety standards and regulations and to keep the plan activities within the project quality requirements to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget according to plans laid out.

Gather pertinent data, perform related calculations and analyses alternatives.

Create projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of projects, including scheduling, monitoring and reviewing the work of others.
