• The goal of Phase I is to complete the purchase transaction of the Beavercreek YMCA to new ownership and prepare for key upgrades that will lower sustainment expenses and extend the economic life of the facility

Phase III Defined

• The goal of Phase III is to plan and prepare for long range capital expansion to include the conversion and/or construction of a 50-meter Olympic sized pool. There has never been an indoor 50-meter facility in the region and Dayton is the only Midwestern city to not have such a facility.
