Phn 3: chnh l phn bn th-ng tr cha cc ch-ng trnh thng dch, cc ch-ng trnh x l lnh. Phn ny c th -c gii hng ra khi RAM khi cn thit th np t a vo. g) Cc lnh ngoi tr ca DOS: L cc ch-ng trnh c ui .COM v .EXE do cc phn mm khc to ra v chy -c trn DOS. Chng -c nm trn a t, khi cn dng -c gi vo RAM, khi khng cn dng -c gii phng ra khi RAM. II ) Qun l thng tin trn a: 1) File v k thut qun l File: a) nh ngha File: l tp hp cc thng tin c mi quan h mt thit vi nhau -c t chc theo mt nguyn tc nht nh trn cc vt ti theo mt ph-ng php xc nh.
