Project Description
The City of Tucson is seeking an artist artist(s) or an artist team to join a multi-talented groupof roadway engineering plannersdesigners landscape design architects traffic engineersdrainage engineers plus other engineers and technical specialists engaged in geologicalmaterials utilities rights-of-way and environmental work to create public art in connection withthis major project work The improvements will provide complete and connected sidewalks onboth sides of the road for 15 miles from Oracle Road to Romero Road enhanced streetcrossings street lighting and landscaping for shade

Bounkeua also known as RogueViolin is a recent grant recipient of the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern
Arizona and plans to release a collaborative album focusing on queer subculture ldquoGlass Bottle Heart will be
made available on all major streaming platforms on Oct 11th 2019 and is available for purchase on
