A bid guarantee in the form of a bidder’s bond, certified check, or a cashier’s check made out to “Harris County Emergency Services District No. 17” in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the greatest amount proposed must accompany each proposal. In determining best value, Proposals will be evaluated based on the selection criteria as fur-ther referenced in the proposal documents.
