Divya Santhamurthy is a data enthusiast who worksas a Senior Data Analyst at REI Systems. Sheanalyzes data, designs and builds dashboards touncover unique actionable insights. She is a certifiedTableau Developer and her data visualization workswere presented at National Conferences in theUnited States. Divya takes pride in sharing herexperiences and mentoring her team. She holds aMaster’s degree  in Computer Science from theUniversity of Houston. Divya is passionate aboutwomen empowerment and increasing genderdiversity in analytics. She volunteers as TechnicalCurriculum Developer for girls + data by developingand teaching learning modules, to increase dataliteracy and provide middle school girls with hands-on learning in data analytics.

Anne Marie Weber joined CUNA Mutual in 2019and leads a team of senior analysts and datascientists. In this role she has built a pipeline formodeling / analytics projects from idea throughimplementation, and works with business andanalytics leaders to develop new use cases foradvanced analytics. She is passionate about findingunique solutions leveraging analytics to drivebusiness value. Previously she worked in AmericanFamily Insurance’s Strategic Data & Analyticsdivision and their Digital Transformation Office.She’s led analytics work for other industriesincluding: education policy, medical devices,transportation, and machine tools. She is passionateabout analytics and explaining complex topics in anapproachable manner. Her educational backgroundincludes a Master’s in Economics from GeorgeMason University and a Bachelor’s in Economicsfrom the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.

Kelly Denney is a data / research scientist with overa decade of experience in data science projectdesign and implementation. She has a broad rangeof experience in software development gearedtoward data understanding, feature extraction,statistical analysis, machine learning, datavisualization and presentation. She is Director ofData Science & Clinical Analytics at RadiologyPartners, the largest and fastest growing on-siteradiology practice in the US and an innovativepractice focused on transforming how radiologistsprovide services. Kelly and her team utilize datascience to further enhance these innovations withthe goals of implementing an evidenced-basedapproach to improving patient outcomes,streamlining radiologist workflows, and expandingand optimizing the way data informs decisions forthe provision of top-quality, patient-centeredhealthcare.
