What business opportunities are there? From what could we bring

back? • Selling Maize, a type of corn, was the Aztec's

main food source. The Aztecs also ate tomatoes, avocados, atole (a type of porridge), tortillas made from maize, and tamales, a kind of envelope made from steamed maize stuffed with vegetables or meat.

• We could also sell what Aztec doctors used as herbal remedies both to cure and prevent illness. For fevers they suggested to take regular steam baths, and they thought that the heat would clean and relax them and also sweat out the evil spirits that were poisoning them.

• We can also bring slaves and sell them off to people to make good money

Will it benefit us? How?

• Yes, it will give us many people to trade with because people will need food and medicines to live off that will help them by selling them our food and medicine so that they can be healthy.

• Slaves can also be sold to people who want help so they don’t have to work hard..

How can we help this new land?• We can help by trading food, gold

and medicine with them• With this stuff we are helping them

live a good and healthy life• Also because people need food to

live plus medicine encase of an emergency

• Farming by bringing them stock and crops

• We can help with wood• Supplying things for them to make

weapons

What currency do they trade with?

• They don’t have dollars, pounds, notes etc, because they don’t have any use for that type of money

• They trade with gold, slaves, precious metals as all those things are rare cover there and they will get a lot of trading with that type of currency

Are there enough people to trade with?

• Yes there will a lot of different people and there will be a number of people still arriving

• There are the Aztecs, Mayas and Incas

• There are many more tribes we can trade with.

What can we trade with people we find?

• Food- maize, tomatoes, avocados, atole, tortillas, tamales.

• Gold – Because that’s what they use for currency

• Slaves will help them do all the work that they don’t wan do.

• Medicine as they wont have any over there, only ones that are made with flowers and herbs.

• Land to work on because they need a place to work.

What affects will this trade have?

• It will bring us wealth and more people will come because the place is becoming more healthier and more supplies are better than before.

• Our country will also get something out of this because the more and more supplies we bring into this new land the more and more money we will make for us and our country.

What difficulties would we have to overcome to trade?

• Getting killed because we’re strangers to them

• Diseases because they have not had any medicine over there and might have all types of diseases

• Finding people to work for us as they don’t know us which may take a while

What about medicine? Are there any new medicine to bring back to

Europe?• They have got different types of

herbs.• They use plants and flowers mostly.

• They created there own medicine

with what they could find, some of it helped but others didn’t so we could bring back the ones that worked well on their people

What would be most worthwhile food, gold or slaves?

• Gold and slaves are equal because they are both worth the same value.

• Gold is the currency in trade so its worth a lot and we will get a whole lot of benefit out of it

• The slaves do all the dirty work so we will also get a whole lot of benefit out of this because most people would like slaves to do their work so they would buy them.

RECOMONDATIONS

Dear Queen we have found a new land and have made the people trust us and we have also made enough money to support us and our country. We advise that you organize a treaty to be made with these natives to sustain peace.
