SAFETYDifferent wall materials require different types of��xing devices. Us��xing devices suitable for the walls in your home, sold separately. If you are uncertain about what type o��xing devices to use, please contact your local hardware store.

GOOD TO KNOWThe shelves holds 10 kg when supported by two brackets and 20 kg when supported by three. We recommend that you use three brackets with the 120 cm long shelf when possible. This is to prevent the risk of the shelf slanting. Spread the weight evenly on the shelf.

WALL ANCHORING GUIDE

• It’s the �xing devices to the brackets that determine howsteady and stable your wall shelf will be.

• Different wall materials require different types of �xingdevices – that’s why we don’t include them with ourbrackets. Instead, it’s important that you choose �xingdevices that are suitable for your wall.

• Be aware that different wall materials are able to sup-port different loads of weight. For instance, wall made ofplaster cannot support as much weight as walls made ofwood, concrete or brick.

• If you don’��nd what you need in the FIXA range, werecommend you contact your local hardware store.

• Never let children climb or hang on the shelf.

Wall Material: Drywall or plaster with available wood stud.

Anchoring device: Screw inserted directly into stud. for example, a 5 mm screw provided with IKEA FIXA plug and screw set.

Anchoring device: Plug with screw. For example, an 8 mm plug provided with IKEA FIXA plug and screw set.
