He was in top management positions in various organisations. Over the years, Mr. Chang has developed and led numerous Quality, Productivity and Management Improvement Programs, Lean Six Sigma, TQM, SQC, JIT, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, 8D Method, CEDAC, QCC / IQC, Systematic Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, Poka-Yoke, QFD, FMEA, MSA, Wastes Reduction etc. He has successfully completed consulting, training assignments and personally trained more than 8000 managers, engineers, and executives of various industries. Mr. Chang holds M.Sc (Hons), Sr. PMC (SBACC), Certified Productivity Consultant (JPC & SPC), Certified MPA (SIMTech), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trainer (ASQ), ACTA and DACE.
