The Holiday Season is upon us again! Company holiday

parties still appear to be in vogue and now is the time to start thinking about your annual year-end celebration. September may sound like it’s too early to book your holiday party, but that’s a good thing! You will never regret securing a great venue before the best locations are already picked over. A recent study from the Society for Human Resource Management Survey found almost 65% of HR professionals indicated their organizations were having an end of year/holi-day party open to all employees,

83% said their organization had a budget in place for this event. About 82% of HR professionals mentioned their organizations were participating in charitable donations and drives such as Toys for Tots and winter coat drives during the holiday season, up from 74% in 2012.
