Answering the Problem Statement
How long will the project take to complete?
• 4.11 years approximately
What are the scheduled start and completion times for each activity?
• See Chart on slide # 28
Which activities are critical must be completed exactly as scheduled to keep the project on schedule?
• All activities are critical due to their interdependence on each other.
How long can non-critical activities be delayed before they cause an increase in the completion for the project?
• Since every different task/activity has a PRE-REQUISITE and that pre-requisite is a task/activity in itself, so there is no NON-CRITICAL task in this project.
Thank you
