• Once you have downloaded the CSV File, you need to delete all the column except Order ID & Item ID

• You have to save the file and upload the updated file

Note– If you generate the manifest before 10:30 AM your order will be picked on the same day and if you generate after 10:30 AM your order will be picked till 8 pm the following day.

In case you have lost your packing slip or manifest before shipping you can generate the duplicate of the two by going on manifest requested

Tip- If you are an OEM seller, you could repack to make your product more presentable

Cushion the product inside the package with things such as bubble wrapping

Use tapes liberally on joints and edges

Use strong material that keeps the product safe from scratches or damage on the outside.

Use ‘Fragile’ sticker if applies to the product type

Print the shipping label clearly and stick it on the pack

Please make sure that it is not wrinkled and all details are clearly visible, including the barcode
