General Wedding InformationDEPOSITS & POLICIESA non-refundable $1,000 deposit, which is applied to your invoice total, is required to reserve your date. An additional $1,000 must be received at least six months prior to your event date. 100% of the final estimated balance is due ten (10) days prior to the event date, along with a confirmed guest count. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. Final guest count can increase within the 10 days prior to the event.
MINIMUMSAll events are required to meet a minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to date, time, room selection, or size of the event. Room minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax, ceremony fees, or rental items. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the Private Event Confirmation Agreement. For minimum requirements for an event under consideration, please contact the Private Events Department.
EVENT DETAILSThe Brookstone Ballroom is $500 for usage for up to four (4) hours. (The adjacent outside, covered Veranda is included with the Ballroom rental). If additional time is required, the fee is $300 per additional hour. If you have your ceremony on-site, we provide you with one (1) additional hour of consecutive rental. The Azalea Lounge is $300 for usage for up to four (4) hours. We ask you to confirm the total number of guests that will be attending at least ten (10) days prior to the date of your event. The attendance figure you provide by this date will not be subject to reduction. You can however add to your number by contacting the Private Events Department.
FOOD TASTINGBrookstone Golf & Country Club holds a tasting for all events booked over $3,500. The tasting includes items listed on the menu pre-selected by client. The tasting is included for up to four guests, additional guests are charged $15 each. Please contact the Private Event Office to schedule a tasting.
MENUSAll Food and Beverage must be provided by the Club unless otherwise arranged with our Private Events Department. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event. Please ask about our custom menus. No outside alcohol is allowed at any time. If it is brought onto the premises, it will be confiscated. All plated entrées require an assigned menu choice on each place card for each guest. Vendor meals are available at $29.99++ per vendor.
Final menu selections, room arrangements, and other details are due fourteen (14) days prior to your event. Menu pricing can be guaranteed up to ninety (90) days prior to your event. After you provide us with the final selections and arrangements, we will present you with a Final Event Charge Sheet and a Banquet Event Order confirming the specific requirements of your event.
VENDORSBrookstone does require that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all of your vendors that they meet these requirements. Vendors are guaranteed admittance to set up three (3) hours prior to the start of your event unless otherwise arranged with the Private Event Office.
STORAGEPlease notify your vendors that Brookstone will not provide storage for any event items. Therefore, all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Brookstone Golf & Country Club will not be responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event.
SERVICE CHARGE & TAXA 20% Mandatory Service Charge and current State Sales Tax will be added to all Food and Beverage items. Mandatory Service Charge is taxable in the State of Georgia.
