FOR HOT WATERWe have a measuring system for the generating & savings energy

• The solution provides secure hot water with high efficiency up to 400%, which saves 70-80% of energy consumption for heating auxiliary.

Main purpose:• Increase heat of the water when solar energy is not enough temper-ate as required; ensure continuous hot water in all weather conditions.

The collector is made of copper fins and copper risers that are welded directly together by ultrasounds from Swiss technology, ensuring good contact, good heat transfer and high durability. The copper fins are covered with Chrome on the front and Nickel on the back, giving better heat absorp-tion and preventing peeling off.

The cover of the collector is made of tempered low-ion glass that sustains most substantial impacts from the external environment; using EPDM soft rubber stripe and foam to ensure heat insulation and stickiness between the aluminum frame and the glass, increase heat absorption performance by increasing the glasshouse effect. The collector frame is IP65 according to IEC 60529 international standards completely dust-proof, water-proof and undamaged under water from environment.

Hot water tank on an industrial with a capacity of 1000L -> 10000 L is built European technology, with many outstanding advantages:

Tank structures by 3 layers:• Inside is made stainless steel SUS304 with thickness 1.2mm corresponding application for normal and under pressure tank.• PU Foam insulation thickness 100 mm to increase thermostats capacity.• Outside is made by Stainless steel SUS304 thickness 0.6mm to ensure durability, aesthetics and corrosion resistance.• Stand is made by stainless steel SUS430 that are designed to ensure the strength and longevity of the system.

VACCUM TUBES Thermal Collector (Vacuum Tubes) captures solar radiations and transforms them into heat to produce hot water in a short time. The vacuum tubes are made of high-quality glass, consists of 02-layer in the middle with vacuum, with external special coating that make them more absorbent, withstands sudden temperature change and impact of hail with size 25mm.

Vacuum tube suits for location with low solar radiation, low sunshine or cold winter thanks to its high efficiency and thermostats capacity.
