2015 has proved to be another fantastic year for us as we maintain our leading position as the highest selling estate agency in Brighton & Hove (source: rightmove intel). We ended the year on a high by winning our fifth gold award at the Sunday Times Estate Agency awards, who named us best Small Estate Agency in the South East.

The judging panel quoted that “Brand Vaughan continues to impress...they’ve built on this success by continuing with what works well and through seeking to innovate further...brand vaughan is a business to be admired”

The big news of 2015 is that we merged with the brilliant and award winning Cambridge Residential Lettings, which now enables us to provide our clients an exceptional lettings and sales service across 3 offices in Brighton & Hove.

We’ve built a new website to reflect the evolution of our brand, which incorporates our smart new logo and provides an engaging experience for customers and clients.

top sellingWe’ve enjoyed another great year of being Brighton & Hove’s top selling estate agency office out of 158 agents in our area.

instant reportingOur biggest innovation this year has been to create a platform where our sales negotiators are able to provide instant feedback to our vendors by email, live at the property.

We have upgraded our software platform, which has enabled our sales team to work from mobile devices, and directly type feedback to the vendor at the property when completing the viewing with a buyer.

The feedback is saved to the vendor portal which allows our vendors to track feedback and property performance statistics.

I’d like to thank all of the team at Brand Vaughan for a great job selling my house, particularly Harry, who kept us updated with what the buyers had to say, straight after the viewing.

With a large database of buyers alongside our exceptional marketing, we are able to deliver great results selling properties in Sussex, from Eastbourne to Worthing to as far north as Haywards Heath and Mayfield.

This year, we expanded further by selling our first properties outside our county of Sussex.

We sold three investment properties in Liverpool, being 270 miles geographically from our office, and we also sold a property for a previous client in Devon, 144 miles away, which was also listed with a local agent.

case studying | Crescent VillaA consultation meeting took place with Director Jason Brand, Marketing Manager Mike Everett and the Vendor to produce a 2 page marketing plan, with emphasis on both digital and print media and online campaigns.

Result

Crescent Villa appeared as free editorial in the Sunday Times Home supplement. Architect Robert Nemeth discussed the history of Crescent Villa in his monthly column in Latest Homes. It was also picked up by the Evening Argus and Sussex Business Times.

As part of the marketing plan we carefully created a detailed walk-through so that we were able to highlight all key areas of the property at set times during the viewing.

Our social media campaign, which was targeted to specific demographics such as investors, commuters and city traders, plus those with interests in business, realestate and finance, reached over 12,000 people during a 3-day campaign.

We also put together a 16 page bespoke brochure (example: right) with the assistance of our professionalphotographer and copywriter.
