Triumph – supporting their recruitment needs… With 125 years of expertise, Triumph has blossomed from a small family-run corsetry business in Germany to a highly successful luxury brand. They are now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of lingerie and operate in over 40 countries. Triumph have built up a reputation for innovation, and is experiencing rapid growth which created a need for talented, dynamic individuals. To meet this requirement Triumph utilised a range of recruitment suppliers, which led to an inconsistent and often fragmented process. Therefore Triumph looked to source one recruitment supplier who could manage the full end to end recruitment process across Marketing, Merchandising, HR and Sales. BPS was selected due to their extensive database of luxury/retail candidates and expertise in delivering recruitment solutions to this sector. Triumph’s first requirement was for a Head of Sales, this is a role which Triumph’s other recruitment partners had been struggling to fill. The candidate needed to have a lingerie background and proven track record of generating sales within this industry. To resource this requirement BPS used their market leading specialist search approach, conducting comprehensive research, identifying the right candidate utilising the latest technologies from social media to video, and promoting Triumph as an employer of choice. After filling the Head of Sales role, BPS then provided Key Account Managers, Sales Managers and worked all Sales and Marketing roles. To ensure BPS delivered the right person every time, they invested significant time and resource in understanding the Triumph business explicitly. They met with Hiring Managers, developed a collaborative partnership and became brand advocates, which guarantees that every candidate whether employed or not, are given an excellent impression of Triumph. The results of this partnership have been fruitful, with a 90% fill rate and significant reduction in time to hire.
