The rubbers are compounded as per formulations to meet specific applications. The right quality of rubber is selected from a data-bank of formulations after evaluating the functional requirements of the product. The compounds vary in chemical / physical proper-ties and sometimes in external appearances. Natural Rubber as well as Synthetic rubbers like Chloroprene (Neoprene) rubber, Styrene Butadiene Rubber, Acrylonitrile and Butadiene Rubber, Butyl Rubber, EPDM, etc. are used to manufacture the compo-nents.The mouding section, supplemented by an in-house mechanical shop produces a range of gaskets, seals, fenders, couplings, diaphragms etc. to name a few, while the extrusions section manu-factures beadings, packings and other profiles irrespective of their complexity. The lining section undertakes external coatings of riser pipes and material coatings of tanks, vessels, process pipes etc. for media like oils, acids, sea water etc. Tests are carried out on samples, in-process and all finished products to ensure the quality and relevant certificates are issued, whenever required.

FeaturesDual function yellow coloured UV resistant reflective cover strip
covers the fixing accessories giving smooth and attractive appear-
ance.
Features
SPEED-HUMPS / SPEED GARD comprises of individual units length as per table below, arranged alternatively in black and yellow colours.Two end pieces are provided for each length of Speed Break-ers except for extruded design.
Reflective eyes are provided on both traffic approach sides, red and green respectively except for extruded design.
SPEED-HUMPS / SPEED GARDS are speed beakers designed for controlling the speed of vehicles. Speed Breakers are used in roads, vehicle pathways in parking area of buildings, service stations, vehicle testing centers etc.
KGARDs are designed to cover the complete width of individual
car parks. KGARD are also laid as two pieces of shorter legths as
per photographs shown
However, length of each unit shall be as per customer require-
ments.
Countersunk holes shall be drilled on the top.
Bolt sizesM10 / M12 Bolts with anchors. Length of bolt to be decided based
on the anchor type.
However, as a standard we recommend UNIFIX anchors with
bolts length 75 to 80mm.

COLGARDs are extruded profiles manufactured from high impact resistant rubber, designed to protect the corners of the columns. COLGARDs are specially formulated to resist harsh weather conditions. The special blend of formulation also helps COLGARD to withstand damages caused by collisions as well as abrasions. COLGARDs are available with or without steel backing plates at various wing lengths as per table below:

EGARDs are manufactured from high impact resistant rubber and can be fixed horizontally or vertically onto flat or curved surfaces. EGARDs are designed to protect round section columns and walls in the parking area. EGARDs are chemically resistant to harsh weather conditions. The special blend of the formulation withstand damages caused by collisions as well as abrasions.
Other sizes can also be manufactured based on orders.
Standard sizes
EGARD can be supplied as per customer specification and could
be manufactured to a maximum length of 12 meters.
Installation
Fixing holes are drilled with a maximum centre pitch of 600mm.
Fixings in the two channels of the profile should be in a
staggered pattern as illustrated. Place the EGARD on to the
surface and drill corresponding holes on the surface. EGARD
may then be secured by means of steel anchors or other fixings
appropriate to the substrate.
SpecificationsThe rubber material used for the manufacture of the
COLGARD and EGARD are designed for an expected life
of five to ten years. They are also designed to resist abrasion,
impact, ozone, oxidizing conditions and atmospheric
heat.
ColourStandard colour of E GARD/WALL GARD is black. However,
other colours like Blue, Green, Offwhite, Grey could be
produced on request.
CL – with steel backing plates (galvanised iron or aluminium)AD – without clips (Adhesive type)

Standard sizesThe standard lengths of the COLGARD ranges from 1.0 meter and 1.2 meters. However, on request, CL range of COLGARDs can be supplied upto a maximum length of 2400 mm per pc and AD type COLGARD in a maximum length of 6000 mm per pc.
InstallationThe COLGARD-CL range are mounted on metal backing plates which are screwed/bolted on to the columns. Holes are drilled on metal clips on each face at equal intervals in a staggered pattern so that the bolt ends do not meet. Similar holes on the columns are also drilled and fastened on to the columns by means of screws/bolts.
The COLGARD-AD range are glued on to the columns with proper adhesives. To ensure proper and permanent fixation, fasten the COLGARD-AD with suitable screws and washers.

OCEAN ELASTOMERIC BEARINGS
Bearing pads transfer loads or accommodate relative movement between a superstructure and its supporting sub-structure, or both uniformly. Bearing pads are available in various types depending on the area of application. The types include :
Plain elastomeric bearing pads
Sandwich bearings
Steel laminated elastomeric bearings[no external load plates]
Steel laminated elastomeric bearings[with one external load plate]
The bearing pads are manufactured using either virgin natural rubber or virgin Polychloroprene (Neoprene) rubber. No reclaimed rubber is used.
The plain bearing pads are cut from premolded or extruded strips.
The laminated or sandwich bearing pads are manufactured by moulding under temperature and pressure.
The internal steel laminates used are of rolled mild steel. Internal laminates are free from sharp edges and corners. The corners and edges of the reinforcing plates are rounded with a radius at the corners not exceeding 9mm and a radius at the edges not exceeding 6mm.
The thickness of the individual layers, both elastomer and steel are decided based on the load values.Nr. of steel inserts and total height of the pads are decided based on the load applied.

FeaturesProject along the length of 2mm thickness x 3mm width spaced at 10mm gap makes the matting very attractive and slip-free. The total thickness of the matting is 8mm.
InstallationELMATS can be placed directly onto the floor or can be stuck with rubber cement solution.
