Homecoming lvas one of tJre high points of the schoolyear. Because it fell on Marine Corps Ball rveekend theHomecoming Dance was held the previous weekend. Thefootball team chose the Homecoming corut consisting ofthree seniors, trvo jruriors, one sophomore, a freshman,and an eighth grader. These girls rvere arurounced at thedance. The dance was a success and forecasted an evenbetter rveekend to come. That r'veek the queen, NancyMcCaleb, rvas chosen from the three senior attendantsby the student body.The day of tJre big game began rvith the parade offloats and convertibles.
