(2) Grant a waiver from Section 38-1385 (b)(4) of the Orange County Code to allow a seventy (70) foot minimum lot width in lieu of the eighty-five (85) foot requirement in the Estate District for lots within Tract 2.
(3) Reduce the lot count for Phase III from seventy-three (73) to sixty-eight (68).
