Project Name :- N00021 Al Safliya Liftboat
Owner :- “Gulf Drilling International”
A liftboat is a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to traditional offshore support vessels performing well-servicing, data-logging, wire-line cleaning, maintenance, commissioning and decommissioning of offshore platforms; this is especially so since it is self-propelled and thus can be mobilised without requiring third party assistance. In addition, it can accommodate a large number of offshore crew and also enhance the overall safety by providing a more stable work environment with its self-elevating feature.
Role in the project: Engineer (Deputed to NKOM, Qatar)
Work Scope :-
Involved in Load analysis
Studying datasheets and preparation of docs/drawings for client approval
Reviewing vendor quotation and preparing technical bids.
Gen-Set & Transformer Sizing.

Owner :-Gulf Drilling International”
Customized for GDI with features that enable it to work anywhere in Qatar, ‘Dukhan’ will be chartered to Qatar Petroleum for five years. The KFELS B Class is equipped with larger spud cans for reduced bearing pressure which expands its operational coverage, especially in sea beds where soft soil is predominant.
Role in the project: Asst. Lead Engineer
Work Scope :-
• Electrical scope basically covered detailed designing of Cableway & cable routing.• Schematic & Arrangement like PA/GA system, Gas Detection System, Fire Alarm

Can Do Drillship design is capable of handling next generation 20K psi blowout preventers.
