• Make an appointment - We recommend you book well in advance. To ensure a full, relaxing experience, we strongly recommend that you arrive 15mins prior to your treatment.

• Communicate your preferences - We customise your treatment. Kindly complete our consultation card prior to your treatment to guide us in our product and treatment selection.

• Treatments for two - Share a Lume experienced by booking our double treatment room. Pre-booking is essential.

• LUME gift vouchers - Available for purchase in store. Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months, but are however non-refundable.

• Medical conditions, allergies & pregnancy - Please mention any medical conditions when you book as certain treatments may not be advisable, and be sure to remind your therapist prior to your treatment.

• Etiquette - Lume is the ideal escape from the buzz of everyday life. We would appreciate if you switch your mobile phone to silent mode when you enter the Atelier.

• Cancellation policy - Kindly cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid a 50% charge of your total service price.
