I discovered the FS6® Plantar Fasciitis sleeves four years ago. This device concept was the beginning of a new clinical treatment protocol and now it is a product line woven into in my private practice. I had known Dave Higgins, the CEO and main product innovator, as a resource and co-author for an APMA article concerning socks for the podiatry patient population.

After establishing an account, I quickly saw the benefits of the FS6® PF sleeve in terms of its ease-of-use and clinical benefit. I began using the sleeves for other related conditions, such as posterior tibial insufficiency. Shortly thereafter, I developed an advisory role for the OS1st® that included initial wear testing, clinical feedback and medical reviews of the expanding line of OS1st® Compression Bracing Sleeves.

One of the keys to the design of the OS1st® line is the unique Compression Zone Technology® that is used in each of the products. They are calibrated with distinct pressure gradients which give them a functional advantage over most products that are typically obtained at a drugstore.

In addition to the clinical advantages, the OS1st® line has created an additional source of practice revenue. In the past four years we have achieved an average of over $10,000 in practice revenue per year. Just as important as the expanding revenue stream, with each new product we are developing greater patient satisfaction.
